In the midst of natural beauty, lakes and mountains, you will be taken through a series of yoga and meditation techniques to expand your body and mind, so you can start the New Year with a fresh perspective. 
The retreat will be physically and mentally intense, so bring your best self and you’ll achieve more. This out of this world experience will wrap up your year and leave you feeling physically, emotionally and spiritually refreshed and rejuvenated. 
The Aim Of The Retreat

Yoga Retreat Schedule

DEC 1, 2016 Thursday ( DAY 1 )

1. 11.00 am – Arrival, Check-in followed by Lunch
2. 2.30 to 4.00 pm – Ice-breaker, Introduction to the program, Presentation on Stress Management and Empowerment through Yoga – Asheet
3. 4.00 to 4.30 pm – Tea break
4. 4.30 to 5.30 – Why, What, How of Meditation – Prithvi
5. 5.30 to 7.00 pm – Yogasana – Asheet
6. 7.00 to 8.00 pm – Introduction to all the Meditations we would be doing during the Retreat – Prithvi 
7. 8.00 pm – Dinner

DEC 2, 2016 Friday ( DAY 2 )

1. 6.30 to 7.30 am – Yogasana – Asheet 
2. 7.30 to 8.30 am – Poolside Pranayam – Asheet 
3. 8.30 to 10.00 am - Bath, breakfast etc.
4. 10.00 to 11.00 am – Vipassana Meditation – Prithvi, Kalpana 
5. 11.00 to 11.30 am – Tea
6. 11.30 to 1.00 pm – Neuroscience of Yoga and Introduction to Yoga Sutras – Asheet 
7. 1.00 to 3.00 pm – Lunch and rest
8. 3.00 to 4.00 pm – Kundalini Meditation
9. 4.00 to 4.30 pm – Tea
10. 4.30 to 5.00 pm – laughter Meditation – Kalpana 
11. 5.00 to 7.00 – Yogasasna - Asheet
12. 7.00 to 8.00 pm – ‘pratiprasav’/ Retrospection
13. 8.00 pm – Dinner 

DEC 3,2016 Saturday ( DAY 3 )

1. 6.30 to 7.30 am – Yogasana – Asheet 
2. 7.30 to 8.30 am – Poolside Pranayam - Asheet 
3. 8.30 to 10.30 am – Bath, breakfast etc.
4. 10.30 to 11.30 am – Introduction to Chakras - Prithvi
5. 11.30 to 12.00 pm – Tea 
6. 12.00 to 1.00 pm – Chakra breathing Meditation – Prithvi
7. 1.00 to 3.00 pm – Lunch and rest
8. 3.00 to 4.00 pm - Chakra sound Meditation – Prithvi
9. 4.00 to 4.30 pm – Tea 
10. 4.30 to 8.00 pm – Yoga Sutras, Yogasanas, Pranayam - Asheet
11. 8.00 pm – Dinner 

DEC 4, 2016 Sunday ( DAY 4 )

1. 6.30 to 7.30 am – Yogasanas – Asheet
2. 7.30 to 8.30 am – Guided Meditation – Prithvi 
3. 8.30 to 10.00 am – Bath, breakfast, etc.
4. 10.00 to 11.00 am – Nadabrahma Meditation – Prithvi, Kalpana
5. 11.00 to 11.30 am – Tea 
6. 11.30 to 1.oo pm – Yoga Sutras in Life - Asheet
7. 1.00 to 3.00 pm – Lunch and rest
8. 3.00 to 4.00 pm – No dimensions Meditation – Prithvi, Kalpana
9. 4.00 to 4.30 pm – Tea 
10. 4.30 to 6.30 pm – Yogasana and Pranayam – Asheet 
11. 6.30 to 7.00 pm – Swadhyay 
12. 7.00 to 8.00 pm – Sharings/ Question-answers 
13. 8.00 pm – Dinner 
 

Date and Time: The retreat is on 1st to 4th of December (11:00 AM) at Basho Resort, Mulshi.

Venue: Basho Resorts & Restaurants, Opposite Residency Club, Gonavdi Gaon, Mulshi Lake, Pune, India
