Policy for Services

Policy for Samarth Magazine

Customer may request cancellation of Samarth magazine subscription by calling Samarth helpline number. If customer requests for cancellation of subscription, prior to shipment of first issue of magazine, full refund of the payment will be processed. If cancellation is done, after shipment of one or more issues has been processed, proportionate refund is given for remaining magazine issues.

If payment is yet to be collected, there is no refund.

Policy for Community Card

Customer may request cancellation of Samarth Community Card by calling Samarth helpline number. If customer requests for cancellation of community card, within 6 hours of ordering, full refund of the payment will be made. After 6 hours, the cancellation is not permitted, given the processing and printing of community card.

If payment is yet to be collected, there is no refund.

Policy for Care Plan

Customer may request cancellation of Care plan by calling Samarth helpline number. Proportionate refund is given for the balance period and services not rendered, if the cancellation is requested during the service period / tenure at the discretion of Samarth.

Policy for Third Party Services

Payments for service provided by Samarth partners are directly payable to respective partner only. For all services, provided by Samarth Partners, the cancellation and refund policy of the respective partner will be applicable.

Mode of Refund

For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallet, Refund will be processed to the same account used at the time of payment. The processing time for refund will be 7-10 business days. For Cash payments, Refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer within 7-10 business days.
