Job Details:

J K Laxmipat University, Jaipur is looking for a Warden for the men’s hostel housing undergraduate and post graduate students. The warden will need to look after the well-being and conduct of the residents, and supervise operations of the hostel facilities. Experience in management/administration will be required. The role requires maturity and sensitivity in dealing with students, alongwith good judgement and ability to inspire them towards better achievement. The Warden would be responsible for all aspects of managing the hostel and students. These include, but are not limited to -

  • Supervising the various vendors and staff members working at the hostel which would include caterers, security guards, housekeeping staff.
  • Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of all facilities in hostel
  • Ensuring student safety at all times.
  • Maintaining and upholding University rules of conduct and policies for life in the hostel
  • Co-ordinating arrangements for student recreational activities in hostel as required.
  • Addressing student concerns as and when they arise.
  • Provide mentorship to students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians of resident students
